Rest and Sleep

Rest is important to ensure a fit body.

If you don’t get enough rest your body will get worn down faster. If you find yourself perpetually tired your body is signaling a need to rest.

Make sure you get enough sleep every night. Depending on your body’s need this can range anywhere from 4-10 hours each night. Try to stick to a daily schedule so that your biorhythm will not be disrupted.
